What is the cancellation term of my contract?
Afhankelijk van uw contract is het contract per maand opzegbaar of na afloop van de looptijd van uw overeenkomst.Depending on the sort of contract you have, you may either cancel it per month or upon completion of the initial term of the agreement.
If I want to use my back-ups, how can I do this?
You can create your own back-ups and place these on the external MuntInternet platform. This allows you to retrieve your data and put it back in place whenever required. Of course we are always available to support you in this task.

Can I created back-ups of multiple machines with the same account?
You can configure your back-up setting in such a way that back-ups of several machines are made on the same back-up platform.
