Here at MuntInternet, we don’t sleep all that much. This means that we’re available for your questions, every minute of the day, literally. Many of our projects require this availability, which we (even our account managers!) are happy to facilitate; a unique service in our industry. The choice is therefore up to you whether to consult with your account manager or go tech talk with one of our engineers.
Migrations are preferably done at night when it’s nice and quiet on your platform. All cached layers get a chance to ‘warm up’ to the new set of rules.

All our engineers are highly knowledgeable on a (post)graduate level. This saves you time (and frustration!) as your question or request will be answered directly instead of hearing ‘I’ll put you through for that’ or ‘could you please explain that a bit more?’.
